The Day After, and This Turkey (and her Tootsies) are Tired!

The day after Thanksgiving is a "couch potato in slippers" kind of day. The kind of day where you know you have THREE more days left in the weekend (YaY!) And the last thing on your mind is spending more time in the kitchen... spending more money...or eating more turkey!

So, it's back to basics.


Roasting.  I love roasting.  

Roasting is flavorful, soothing, and cheap!

(The Smoked Apple Chardonnay Chicken Sausage from Trader Joe's is a must- YUM!!!)
